- The total number of STRs received by GIF in 2023 was 4,614, which had increased by 109.8% as compared with 2022. The change was mainly due to the increase in the number of STRs reported by the gaming sector.
- STRs received from the financial sector and gaming sector constituted 19.2% and 74.4% of total respectively, whereas those received from other institutions constituted 6.4%.
- During 2023, GIF disseminated 116 STRs to the Public Prosecutions Office.
